Our contact form collects your first and last name, email, phone (optional), and what you're interested in (buying, selling, valuation, etc.). That form doesn't send data to a server. Submitting it opens an email addressed to Carlos@vanmarproperties.com (cc'd to kmartinez@vanmarlending.com) in your own email application, pre-filled with what you entered. Nothing is transmitted unless you actually send that email yourself.

We also run Google Ads conversion tracking (a small script from Google that helps us understand which ads led to a visit). Google may set a cookie for this. This page also fetches a small amount of non-personal configuration data (site-wide announcements, MLS search links) from our own systems. That request carries no personal information.

Information you send us is used only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, or provide the home valuation, listing information, or market insight you asked for.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with anyone except as needed to help you: for example, looping in Vanmar Lending (a separate entity) if you're also interested in financing, or MLS/IDX providers when you use the property search tools on this site.

Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents can request to know what personal information we hold, request its deletion, and request correction of inaccurate information.
